I looooove breakfast shakes. Usually, I add berries to my shakes and was a little thrown off this morning when I looked in my fridge and saw that I didn’t have any to add to the mix. I was already mid-preparation, so I decided to “just go with it” and get creative 😉 I choose to add Strawberry Greek Yogurt (just one scoop) and orange juice to sweeten the shake up because I was concerned it would be too bitter with all the Kale, Chard and Spinach. The shake turned out to be less thick than usual, but it tasted great! I also added ice to the shake (not listed in the ingredients list) because I like my shakes to be cold, but this is optional.
